Coherence¶
The coherence of an \(m \times n\) matrix \(A\) can be defined as
\[\| \hat A^H \hat A - I \|_{\text{max}},\]
where \(\hat A\) is formed by normalizing each column of \(A\) to have a unit Euclidean norm.
